Sara Panameno is the Office Administrator at The Therapy Grove, where she keeps things running smoothly by managing scheduling, communicating with families and therapists, and handling various administrative tasks. As the go-to person for both parents and therapists, she ensures everyone stays informed and supported while keeping daily operations on track.

With a degree in Sociology – Work and Society from CSUN, Sara brings extensive experience in leadership, program coordination, and team management. With nearly two decades of experience working with kids and overseeing teams, she has developed strong skills in streamlining administrative processes, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. She has also led trainings for staff and parents on topics such as risk management, program policies, and best practices. Her ability to create organized systems, support team growth, and maintain efficient workflows makes her an invaluable part of the team.

Outside of work, Sara loves spending time with her 6-year-old son. Whether organizing playdates, exploring new places, or simply enjoying the little moments, being a mom is her greatest joy. She also enjoys hanging out with friends and unwinding with a good mini-series.
